1. General Information

TACSOL is a training center operated by THE LEWIS ARMS COMPANY, a French private limited company, registration n°843933433.

These terms and conditions govern all courses, services, and use of the TACSOL website. By reserving a course or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Course Reservations and Payment

  • All courses must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

  • Your reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Cancellation Deadlines:

    • Cancellations made up to 30 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to the course start date will receive a 50% refund.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date.

  • In the rare event that TACSOL must cancel a training session, a full refund will be issued. However, TACSOL is not responsible for any other costs incurred by the participant (e.g., travel or accommodation).

4. Exclusion from Courses

TACSOL reserves the right to exclude a participant from a course if:

  • The participant cannot adhere to the security requirements of the course.

  • The participant poses a danger to themselves or others.

  • The participant creates a disturbance or disrupts the training environment.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • TACSOL and THE LEWIS ARMS COMPANY shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during training.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the physical and mental requirements for the course.

  • TACSOL is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of travel expenses, accommodation costs, or missed opportunities.

6. Data Processing and Privacy

By using our website or reserving a course, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This data may be used for course administration, communications, and marketing purposes.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Libourne, France.

TACSOL reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
